All such matters are handled solely by the independent clinic you choose to engage. Clinics may vary in pricing, insurance participation, and treatment recommendations. You are solely responsible for confirming any fees, treatment details, or coverage with the provider directly.

11. Data Security & Use of Third-Party Software

We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, we rely on third-party software platforms, including but not limited to Go High Level (GHL), for scheduling, communication, and data storage.

While we carefully select software providers committed to privacy and security, we cannot guarantee that data breaches, unauthorized access, or disruptions will never occur.

By using our services, you understand and agree that:

NCC is not liable for any data breaches, service failures, or security lapses originating from third-party software systems.

You authorize us to use such software tools to facilitate your requested services, including sharing necessary scheduling information with providers.

We do not sell your personal data or share it outside of the scheduling, support, and communication scope defined in these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NCC and its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors shall not be liable for any:

Errors, delays, or failures in third-party software, including data loss

Inaccurate AI-generated responses

Outcomes, costs, or claims related to services provided by independent clinics

Unauthorized access to your data due to circumstances beyond our control

Your use of this site and services is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NCC and its affiliates from all claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

14. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
